Preview license
Cook Tech grants you a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the preview for personal evaluation. The software, characters, artwork and brand remain owned by Cook Tech or their respective licensors.
Your accounts and costs
You are responsible for provider accounts, API keys, local model licenses and charges generated by your use. Never share a private key in a public room or stream.
Fair play
Do not use AGameBuddy to cheat, automate play, evade anti-cheat systems, harass players, violate a game's terms, or break the law. The product is intended for commentary, accessibility, conversation and general tactical observation—not autonomous gameplay.
Characters and marketplace
Only characters and models approved for the AGameBuddy ecosystem may be distributed through the official marketplace. Do not submit material that infringes another person's identity, voice, writing, trademark or copyright.
Rooms
You are responsible for what you say and share. Do not post illegal content, credentials, private information without consent, threats, malware or abusive material. We may suspend access needed to protect players or the service.
No competitive guarantee
AI commentary can be wrong, late, strange or gloriously irrelevant. Do not rely on it for safety-critical decisions. AGameBuddy makes no promise that a game publisher will approve every capture configuration.
Pre-release warranty
The preview is provided "as is" and may change, fail or lose compatibility. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cook Tech disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
